With Smartflix Stream you get to choose the television option that’s right for you.Watching Live TV is easier and more affordable with Smartflix – it’s the way TV should be!

2.What if I want to cancel?

We hate to see you go, but if you need a break, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

After you cancel or pause, your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle or any prepaid period.

Please note that you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the renewal date of your subscription. We do not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service.

3.What is the meaning of "STB is blocked"?

If you see this message, please check if your device is connected to the
Internet. If you continue to see this message, please contact our customer
Service.

4.What to do when a live TV Channel Freezes?

Please press the return or back button on the TV Remote and restart the
Channel.

5.How do i change Audio Language/Track on my Smart TV under Video Club/ TV Series Section?

Please look for the AD/SUBT or CC/VD button on your TV Remote which would allow you to change the Audio Language/Track.

6.What is the required Internet speed to use Smartflix?

Fiber Optics

Ideally on fiber optics internet a minimum speed of 10mbps speed is required.

However we strongly recommend 20 MBPS Speed .

It is because when your Internet Network Gets Congested you will have Buffering issue if you are using the service with less than 20 MBPS Speed.

DSL

On dsl cable internet a minimum speed of 20-30mbps is required

4G Mobile Sim/Mifi Device

On 4g network(sim) or on 4g mifi devces a minimum of 12-20mpbs internet speed is required

7.What is the picture quality like?

Smartflix offers Free to Air channels. The
Quality is far superior to other sources of streaming video from the Internet

8.Will Smartflix work on my iOS or Android device?

Yes, it will work on both types of devices.

9.What is the meaning of "Host not found"?

If you see this message, please check if your device is connected to the
Internet.

10.What if the Live TV Channel is still freezing after restarting the Channel?

Please exit the App completely and Restart the App again.

11. Will I need specific equipment to use Smartflix?

12.What happens when i launch the App on the TV and i see a Completely Black screen for more than 2-3 minutes without any Sign of the Loading please wait message?

Please exit the App completely and keep on relaunching the App until you
See the Loading please wait message within 30 seconds to 1 minute.

13.How do I change the audio language/track on my Mobile App

Please click on the far right setting icon on your screen and change to your chosen language.

14.Why do I see on my Samsung/LG Smart TV a Blue Screen with only MUSIC -NEWS -ALL after receiving confirmation email that my Connection has been activated?

SOLUTION:

After you receive the email confirmation, please restart the app. If you don’t see a blue screen with the “Loading Portal Bar” at the bottom of the screen saying “Loading Please Wait”, then please exit the App and then restart the App again and follow the same steps you did to retrieve the Mac Code that was sent earlier.

 

Under System Settings, you will see “Custom Portal”. Please click on the Custom Portal option and you will see a “Blue Screen” with a “Loading Portal Bar” saying “ Loading Please Wait”. At the bottom of the Screen and after 30 seconds to 1 minute you

15.Does Smartflix work with all internet service providers?
Yes,our service work with all internet service providers.
16.What if my Smart TV is not compatible with your application

If you don’t find your Smart TV brand name in our supported device list section,You will be able to use Google chrome cast device to cast from Android or iOS devices on to your Smart TV.

No.

You can not use Smartflix subscription on multiple devices unless you have subscribed for our multi device package option.

20.Is there any activation fee for the service?

Yes there is a one time activation/installation fee applicable.
